Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
We can only replace items if they are damaged or missing from its original packaging. We do not offer a refund or return if a customer has had a change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We ask it is returned in its original packaging and that you have a proof of purchase, either a physical copy of the receipt or an email invoice received by us.

How to Apply:
Contact us via phone or email (sales@dambracomputers.com.au) expressing the product you wish to return and why. We will take care of this for you as quickly as possible. With the exception of stock availability*.
Once you have contacted us, we will either send you an email or contact you via a phone call to notify you of your possible replacement.
On account of a refund, please allow at least 3-6 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
*If a replacement is unable to be fulfilled due to stock availability, we then can refund you the amount of the product or give a store credit.
