Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will only replace items if they are damaged or missing from its original packaging. We do not offer a refund or return if a customer has had a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We ask it is returned in its original packaging and that you have a proof of purchase, either a physical copy of the receipt or an email invoice received by us.

How to Apply:

Simply contact us via email (sales@dambracomputers.com.au) expressing the product you wish to return and why. We will take care of this for you as quickly as possible.

Once you have contacted us, we will either reply via email or contact you via phone.
On the account that a customer lives interstate, please provide photos of the faulty or missing product via email. We will contact you with the next steps to take.

On account of a refund, please allow at least 2-3 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account if it was not paid as OSKO.

*If a replacement is unable to be fulfilled due to stock availability from our store or supplier, we can refund you the amount of the product or give a store credit.
